G5 Valve

Used with truck air horns and other powered horns that require an on board air system for 12 volt vehicles. When the vehicle's horn button is depressed, the Model G5 valve becomes electrically energized, opening the solenoid and permitting air to enter the horn. The solenoid remains engaged as long as the horn button is depressed. The valve needs a 3/8 inch threaded nipple to attached to the horn ( not supplied ) and also a 3/8 inch fitting for whatever air line is to be connected, either compression or barbed. Polarity does not have to be observed, one wire to ground and the other to one side of horn button.
