High Pressure Switch

The pressure switch is specifically designed for my high-pressure on-board air systems.

Application

Pressure switches are used in air systems to automatically turn the air pump on and off.

Pressure switches are described using an ON/ OFF rating i.e. 90psi- on/ 120psi- off

Let's say that you have the switch in the above example, a 90/120 switch. Your pump ran until the pressure in your air tank reached 120psi. Then the switch turned the pump off.

The switch will remain off until the pressure in the tank drops down to the first number, in the case of our example 90psi. At 90psi the switch turns ON and runs until the pressure in the tank rises to the OFF pressure of the switch (120 in this example).

Choose a pressure switch based on:

• The air pressure you want to run
• The working pressure of your air pump
• The working pressure of your air tank
• The working pressure of any component attached to your air system
• DO NOT Exceed the working pressure of any part of your air system! Something will break and you might get hurt!

Tolerance of ± 10% (pressure turn on/off pressure range is not adjustable).
