The FASTEST & EASIEST way to setup a great air system for Train Horns or Air Bags!

VIAIR 380C Pump - A Solid continuous duty pump. Great for huge tires and on-board air systems. Included in the package are a filter, filter elements, remote air kit (snorkel), relay, and wiring.

6 Port 200 psi rated tank: separate gauge, pressure switch, pump, safety, and drain ports - Count the number of things you install in the air tank. Six ports just aren't enough! Our tanks include ports for the gauge, pressure switch, pump, safety valve, and drain port PLUS a port for your horn & other accessories. No need to add ugly masses of tee fittings to get our systems installed. Your accessories will have a great supply of high flow air from a dedicated port.

3/8 in. High Flow Tube - Ask anyone that works with air setups about tube and they will confirm: Bigger is better (and depending on your point of view... much baaadder...) We include 15 feet of our 3/8 in. high flow tube & it flows an incredible amount of air! This tube custom made to our specifications: 300psi working, 900 psi burst, exterior grade, and 100% UV stable. We are so confident in this tube it carries a 10 year warranty against UV breakdown. Oh yeah, it's a standard 3/8 OD size tube, so the off-the-shelf fittings at your hardware store will work just fine with our tube.

The VIAIR 380C features an oil-less design, high performance PTFE piston ring, stainless steel valves, moisture and dust resistance, a gear-less direct drive motor, an anodized aluminum alloy cylinder, automatic reset thermal overload protector, mounting plates with vibration isolators, stainless steel braided leader hose, an inline check valve, and a chrome body.

The 380C's specifications are 12vDC, 16amp max draw, 1/4 horsepower, max working pressure 200psi, max ambient temp:158 F, min. ambient Temp: -40 F, permanent magnetic motor, max. duty cycle @ 100 PSI: 100% (@72 F), dimension: 9' L x 4" W x 7" H, and net weight: 8 LBS.

This air system is great for all makes and models of air horns, train horns, air suspension setups, tire filling, small air tools, and compressed air needs.

Installation:
NO DEAD CAR BATTERIES WITH OUR SYSTEM!! ---You get a full automotive wiring harness, including a relay, with this system. The harness is made from heavy wire and includes a relay. The relay prevents the air system from running when your car or truck is turned off (to avoid killing your battery.)
The coil of red wire is for power to the pump, and the blue wire is for connecting the relay and the horn's air valve. A fuse and fuse holder are included. The black wire on the pump is used to ground the compressor to your frame.

Most people will need a couple of electrical connectors from the local auto parts store, some thread tape or compound, and some zip ties. This kit is otherwise pretty complete: air source, hose, tank & wiring are all included. With the wiring harness and air hose we include this system installs FAST!

Experienced installers will need about an hour. Novice installers will need 1-3 hours.
