Moreover, the "BUBBA" and "GEO" series of horns, along with their components ( air tanks, mini torrent pumps, etc.) that I sell are a product line of Siege Engineering, Inc. The warranty & return policy for these items shall be executed by Siege Engineering, Inc. Furthermore, the WOLO brand items that I sell shall also fall under that specific manufacturers' warranty & return polices. Keep your instruction manuals and sheets as they have the specific warranties and polices listed on them along with contact phone numbers if you have a "situation" with their product.

Sales Tax

TEXGAP ENTERPRISES is located in the state of Maryland. All orders picked up at our facility or shipped within the state of Maryland will be charged Maryland State sales tax which is currently 6%. The only exceptions to this policy will be in the event the purchaser fully documents legal exemption from Maryland State sales tax (i.e. resale certificate).

Refund Policy

All uninstalled merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the shipment arrival date for a refund. Installed/used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective and falls under the warranty period. See Warranty section. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Any refunds for used products, damaged products, installed products, or products not including the original packaging may be further reduced to reflect reductions in the retail value of the merchandise. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department. Under no circumstances are shipping and handling fees refundable.

Shipping

All items are shipped via a contracted hauler from my residence here in Maryland. Some items may be dropped shipped from one or more of my suppliers. Any claims for damage in shipping are the responsibility of the buyer to collect from the shipper. TEXGAP ENTERPRISES will not pay any return shipping costs. I will pick up the shipping cost for missing parts that I should have included with order. Customers must inform TEXGAP ENTERPRISES ( airhorn-AL) of any items missing from the shipment within 7 days of the arrival of the shipment. Any claims for missing items not made within 7 days will be refused.

FS icon denotes free shipping and handling to the lower 48 States of the continental USA via ground service.

Canadian buyers - FS icons on the Products page do NOT apply to Free Shipping to Canada. We ship anywhere in Canada via UPS/FedEx. Shipping charges to Canada differ than US domestic. Remember that USPS is available on a case by case basis only and we must be contacted for this option prior to bidding. Shipping charges do not include any import fees. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

International Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- FS icons on the Products page do NOT apply to Free Shipping Worldwide.

Replacements & Shipping

Any defective merchandise must be shipped by the purchaser to our facility in Tellico Plains with a Siege Engineering Inc. issued RMA number written on the outside of the box before a replacement will ship from Siege Engineering Inc. Siege Engineering Inc. will not cross ship replacement parts.

Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased voids warranty coverage. Damage includes but is not limited to installation errors, road damage, and modification. If you are not an expert who knows how to install the products you have purchased, please hire a professional. Siege Engineering Inc. and Texgap Enterprises is not liable for the improper installation, usage or ANY damages whatsoever by the consumer, installer or user.

30 Day Warranty

Siege Engineering Inc. & Texgap Enterprises MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS-IS” AND “WHERE-IS”. Some manufacturers of parts used in our systems may offer warranties that exceed the warranty we offer. Those warranties which exceed our warranty are the sole responsibility of the party offering the warranty. If ANY PRODUCTS is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be, at Siege Engineering Inc’s choice, to replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of the product. The warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, damage caused by electrical power surge, or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by the installation directions.
This warranty is not transferable.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Siege Engineering Inc. and Texgap Enterprises will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In any case or situation Siege Engineering Inc’s and Texgap Enterprises maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. The buyer will assume the full cost of all servicing and repairs in any situation involving any product purchased from Texgap Enterprises via Siege Engineering Inc.

Siege Engineering Inc. and Texgap Enterprises make no express warranty or representation except those stated in this document. Siege Engineering and Texgap Enterprises expressly disclaims any other warranties express or implied without limitation for any purpose as well as any warranties implied by statute, common trade practices, or fitness for a particular purpose. Texgap Enterprises & Siege Engineering Inc. shall not under any or even the most exceptional circumstances be held liable for any other claims regarding the products it sells which exceeds the liability limitation stated herein. Texgap Enterprises & Siege Engineering Inc. will not be liable for any third party claims for damages against the customer or any user of the products sold by Siege Engineering Inc. or Texgap Enterprises. This exclusion includes delays, interruptions, loss of services, loss of business, or any other form of claim whatsoever.
